Today we’re thrilled to share that we’ve raised a $12M Series A to accelerate our mission: helping consumer brands maximize marketing performance, customer acquisition, and retention with AI-powered data intelligence.

Over the last two years since we’ve been in market, we’ve served high-growth brands including Hint Water, mindbodygreen, Joe & The Juice, and Venus et Fleur. Since launching in May 2022, we’ve achieved over 400% revenue growth and increased our proprietary network of B2C connections to over 12,000.

We founded Proxima to help brands scale their marketing efficiently with data-driven solutions. When we talk to marketers, it’s clear there’s a need for access to greater datasets and the tools necessary to help better inform growth strategies and deliver desired results. Brands alone simply don’t have access to the volume of data or the data science teams needed to propel their growth while combating the challenges of rising acquisition costs, platform algorithm changes, and diminished targeting capabilities.

Proxima is the first and only platform to solve this problem at scale. Our ever-expanding data universe provides rich insights from 65M+ high AOV anonymized shoppers and $17B+ in purchases across thousands of stores.

Proxima's vast dataset and predictive models help brands unlock hidden insights and superior targeting. Our suite of offerings enables businesses to:

  • Improve retention and customer lifetime value with predictive intelligence

Notable to us is that we’re partnering with Omar Hamoui at Mucker Capital who led the round. Other investors in the round include AGLAÉ VENTURES (family office of LVMH founder), Great Oaks Venture Capital, Data Point Capital, Broadway Venture Partners, FirstLook Partners, and Connexa Capital. These firms have a longstanding history of funding successful startups like Airbnb, Honey, Slack, and Spotify — we’re thrilled to join that impressive portfolio and are incredibly grateful to have their support.
